This position is located in Roy, UT or Huntsville, AL. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.
What You'll Get To Do:
• Support the programmatic and technical execution within a rapid development program.
• Leads the analysis, coordination, scheduling, and integration, and execution of engineering projects and programs within AP.
• Supports staffing planning and estimation and provides resolution to engineering design conflicts and test problems.
• Ensures design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications.
• Expected to work collaboratively and with influence to gain commitment and performance from all engineering team disciplines and business operations to drive programmatic success.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal, planning, and communication skills and possess experience in technical management.

This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) and a minimum of 8 years of related experience
• Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance at time of application with an investigation completed within the last 6 years.
• 3+ Yrs of experience in a formal management/leadership position.
• 3+ Yrs of experience showcasing strong partnership and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively across Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and disciplines.
• 3+ Yrs of experience with strong program execution skills, including a proven track record of meeting program cost and schedule milestones.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
• Master's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ Yrs of experience demonstrating ability to integrate, engage, and lead team to perform at top level of performance.
• 3+ Yrs of experience demonstrating excellent technical leadership, interpersonal, and oral and written communication skills, effectively engaging with internal staff, external customers, and partners.
• Experience with detailed design and engineering and manufacturing development.
• Experience with rapid prototyping and demonstration.
• Experience with hypersonics and hypersonic environments.
Salary Range: $161,500 - $267,700
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
