YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
- 5 years of experience in all aspects of the Systems Engineering process, from requirements development through verification and validation testing.
- 5 years' lab experience testing and debugging complex electronic circuits and software using oscilloscopes, network analyzers, multimeters, or logic analyzers.
- Proficient in MATLAB, Simulink, Python
- Experience with data analytics with strong math skills
- Experience in the field of Sensors, Guidance and Navigation.
- Due to export controls and ITAR products, candidate must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.

- Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, or related Engineering degree or related Engineering degree at an accredited college or university.
- Experience in using tools such as: DOORS, JIRA, BitBucket, Bamboo, andCollaborator
- Advanced background in DO-178 and DO-254 standards
- Understand all Stages of Involvement (SOI) of DO-178 and DO-254 Processes and Documents
- Advanced knowledge of the systems development lifecycle
- Embedded GPS/INS expertise
- Individuals who quickly analyze, incorporate, and apply new information and concepts
- Leaders' adept with a diverse and global team
- Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done
- Ability to adapt to project changes
- Strong communication skills and ability to create and sustain an environment that promotes good communications and candid feedback
- Ability to multi-task and be flexible in a challenging and fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with military systems and software development standards and requirements
- Aerospace engineering experience
