Position Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy automated solutions using AI and ML technologies to streamline business processes and drive business outcomes.
• Integrate with various APIs to incorporate data from external sources and enable seamless data flows within the organization.
• Develop and implement efficient algorithms and workflows using programming languages such as JavaScript and Python to automate business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across various departments to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs. Effectively communicate technical designs and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Participate in Scrum/Agile methodologies, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure the successful delivery of automated solutions.
• Troubleshoot and debug automated solutions to identify and resolve issues and develop creative solutions to complex technical problems.
• Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of automated solutions, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization to ensure optimal business outcomes.
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 1 to 2 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 5 plus years of specific experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3+ years experience working with databases like Oracle or SQL Server and programming with SQL and/or stored procedures
• Experience working with cloud-based services, Ansible, or any configuration management tool
