BOOKKEEPER and DISPATCH SUPERVISOR
North Central Area Transit (NCAT) is looking for reliable, courteous, outgoing, customer-focused individuals to join our team. NCAT has open positions for a Bookkeeper and a Dispatch Supervisor. Salary to commensurate with experience.
Bookkeeper will be tracking and managing all transit program financial data and reports, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, HFS/Medicaid billing and daily fare collection. This position uses Windows operating system and extensive use of Microsoft Office & Excel, as well as transit software. Knowledge of accounting practices and basic bookkeeping skills preferred. Annual salary starting at $44,000 and includes paid time off, health insurance and pension.
Dispatch Supervisor will oversee all daily dispatch operations (scheduling and routing rides) to ensure transit program is operating efficiently and safely. The position will include answering phones and using NCAT's transit software to aid dispatch during peak times, working with all NCAT staff and the public, monitoring performance of routes, completing reports and incident mitigation. Annual salary starting at $45,000 and includes paid time off, health insurance and pension.
