The Business Analytics Internship will support our Revenue Growth Management (RGM) team. It is a full-time paid position for an undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics or other business/data-related programs. The Niles, IL based internship will last approximately 12 weeks during Summer 2025. Interns will work collaboratively with our RGM, Analytics, and Sales professionals in office to gain hands-on, real-world experience strengthening existing client relationships, identifying new customer opportunities, and executing strategic sales priorities and initiatives. Interns will attend regular RGM and sales meetings and develop an understanding of the full RCCB supply chain (manufacturing, logistics, sales, etc.). Ideal candidates will have a strong interest in pursuing a career in RGM Sales Analysis and/or Data Science within the beverage industry after graduation.

Position Responsibilities:

Perform and accomplish tasks, activities, and projects with guidance from Intern Manager
Meet and/or exceed project deliverables and deadlines
Develop technical expertise as needed for functional area
Develop business acumen by seizing opportunities to learn
Apply functional academic knowledge and skills to the specific internship position with a professional approach
Collaborates with members of their designated team and builds relationships with customers, leaders, and peers within the company
Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

High School Diploma/General Education Diploma and currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree with 0 to 1 years of general work experience
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. The Company will not sponsor applicants for work visas
