Job Summary
NetApp is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Insights Analyst to join our Business Insights team. This team member will support our Global Customer Success and Renewal organization, which focuses on building strong customer relationships and delivering simple and predictable renewal experiences.
As a Business Insights Analyst, you will provide the analysis, insights, and recommendations that drive growth opportunities, performance, and efficiency in our organization. You will develop a deep understanding of our organization's objectives, challenges, and opportunities, and act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and individual contributors. Your insights and recommendations will be crucial in monitoring, inspecting, measuring, and improving business performance.
Job Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, summarize, and present data with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- Highly organized, timely, and works with a sense of ownership.
- Ability to carefully document requests and requirements.
- Approaches investigation with an open mind, receptive to new information.
- Proactive problem-solving, process improvement, and growth mindset.
- Collaborative attitude towards team initiatives.
Desired Experience:
- Previous experience at or with NetApp, especially in Renewals or Customer Success.
- Experience working in a customer success or renewals sales organization.
- Familiarity with common business applications for Customer Relationship Management, forecasting, ordering, etc.
- Experience using or developing in dashboarding utilities such as PowerBI or Tableau.
Education
A minimum of 5 years of applicable relevant experience is desired

Compensation
The base salary range for this position is $110,000 - 165,000 USD and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
