Role/Department Description:
The Content Quality Manager provides a leadership role for one or more Content Quality processes and assists in managing multiple aspects including coordinating with the strategy team, planning, research and development, and bringing projects to market in an efficient time frame. The Content Quality Manager takes on the tactical responsibility for delivering projects, enhancements, improvements and associated analytics.
Responsibilities:
Question and investigate the reliability and integrity of data, identify and address existing shortcomings, continuously improve workflows, tools and data quality.
Responsible for identifying test requirements, establishing and developing and implementing test strategy and test scripts.
Utilize Python and SQL to write, maintain/optimize and debug algorithms across multiple content sets within Private Markets.
Analyze large scale data sets, work towards developing business analytics on Private Markets content in order to develop actionable and meaningful insights for the purpose of strategy and senior management decision making.
Collaborate effectively and leads initiatives in collaboration with other partnership teams
Manage and keep projects on track. Responsible for planning and performing all jobs in an efficient manner with minimal to no guidance.
Becomes familiar with wide range of FactSet applications, enterprise testing tools and acquires a client/end user's perspective

Qualifications
Education: Preferred bachelor’s degree in CS, MIS, Math, Econ or related field. MBA a plus
8+ years relevant industry experience
Analytical Thinking: Ability to problem solve, think holistically about organizational solutions, create order and simplicity out of complex problems.
Project Execution and Coordination skills: Proven track record of "getting things done” in collaboration with others.
Highly effective interpersonal skills, communication, and documentation skills
Highly adaptive and capable of being both an individual contributor and successfully working as part of an extended team
Ability to design, plan, build, and execute test processes based on defined requirements
Knowledge and understanding of financial markets and financial technology industry
Excellent experience with SQL and Python. Experience with data visualization a plus.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
