Role Overview:
The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting with problem resolution and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. They uphold professional standards and provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively. Depending on the role's specifics, they may also handle administrative tasks such as maintaining records and processing orders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Handling Customer Inquiries:**
- Responding to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
2. **Resolving Issues:**
- Addressing and resolving customer complaints, problems, or requests efficiently.
3. **Providing Information:**
- Offering accurate information about products, services, and company policies to customers.
4. **Processing Orders:**
- Assisting customers with placing orders, processing payments, and managing order changes or cancellations.
5. **Maintaining Records:**
- Keeping detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
6. **Providing Feedback:**
- Offering feedback to management regarding customer concerns, recurring issues, and improvement suggestions.
7. **Collaborating With Colleagues:**
- Communicating and coordinating with other team members and departments to resolve customer issues and enhance overall service. Provide support to ecomm and salon partnership projects.
8. **Upholding Company Standards:**
- Managing customer accounts, updating information, processing changes, and handling account-related inquiries.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, manage multiple inquiries simultaneously, and follow up on customer requirements accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in recording information and processing orders

- 1 year minimum of customer service experience preferred
- Nail Technician License preferred
Requirements:
- Part-time availability of up to 25 hours per week, with potential for full-time work.
- Must be able to work the schedule: Saturday, Sunday and a potential 3rd day
- Must be flexible to work various shifts, including holidays.
- Must be bilingual in English & Vietnamese
