Aquent’s leading Healthcare Services client is looking to add a Web Analytics Manager to thier team. This talent will report to the Digital Marketing Manager. This role will serve as a digital marketing and content strategist by partnering with other Marketing and Business stakeholders in support of product marketing content on their online platforms.
The person in this role should be able to:
- Synthesize data from multiple digital tools (Adobe Analytics, Marketo, etc.) and partners to inform data-driven content strategies
- Lead through influence as a subject matter expert on all things digital marketing
- Understand how all digital touchpoints combine to feed the lead gen pipeline and how content moves a buyer through the marketing funnel
- Be a self-directed, proactive individual who can develop trusted relationships in a highly matrixed, cross-functional organization
- Be comfortable managing multiple projects
- Think at an enterprise level, not for just one product but across the entire portfolio
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Contribute to creation and implementation of the Marketing website roadmap that will deliver on business priorities, digital best practices, and overall website enhancements by partnering regularly with Marketing stakeholders
- Partner with internal and external partners across analytics, content, UX, production, and lead gen to manage and execute on projects, prioritize work, and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Work with data owners to collect and disseminate website metrics on a regular basis, with an emphasis on uncovering insights that will influence the website roadmap and other optimization opportunities
- In partnership with the thought leadership content strategist and internal and external SEO partners, manage and execute Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategy for product marketing on their website
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required, MBA or Master's Degree a plus
- 5+ years of relevant, strategic experience required
- Digital marketing experience on a B2B, analytically-driven marketing team preferred
- Content management system (CMS) experience preferred; Drupal a plus
- Understanding of user experience (UX) best practices, including accessibility
- Experience with marketing analytics
- Knowledge of and experience with Adobe Analytics and Marketo a plus, but not required
- Ability to work effectively in dynamic, rapidly changing, team-based environment
- Must balance high-priority, long-term projects with short-term, immediate deadlines
- Proven ability to lead in a heavily matrixed environment
- Ability to foster collaboration and value others' perspectives and gain support and buy-in for organizational proposals
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and executive presence
- Excellent attention to detail
- Health care experience a plus, but not required
- Website strategy
- Search engine optimization, page level optimization
- Understanding of UX and accessibility best practices
- Experience in health services industry a plus
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $49 to $52/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
