As Director, Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) for AERO
Technologies (AT) and for Employee Networks you will influence &
execute strategy, define organizational business requirements, and collaborate
closely with business leaders to drive progress and actions and go-forward
strategies at VP and SVP levels.

Key Responsibilities
* Implement Honeywell's
diversity initiatives and activities that interact readily and effectively with
I&D councils, employee networks and functional teams. Provide oversight
over and advocate for these groups; ensure their strategic impact on the
organization.
* Serve as a change
agent, thought leader, influencer & subject matter expert on inclusion and
diversity-related issues that impact the company.
* Develop and implement
specific diversity objectives and business plans to align enterprise I&D
initiatives with the assigned business units' strategies & metrics,
focusing on the workplace, workforce & community.
* Serve as the
enterprise I&D focal for assigned employee networks/resource group.
* Establish and
maintain a maturity model for the employee network, ensuring continuous
improvement and growth.
* Develop and implement
governance processes to ensure the effectiveness and sustainability of the
employee network.
* Provide training and
onboarding for employee network leaders and champions, empowering them to drive
initiatives within their respective areas.
* Embed inclusion and
diversity into all aspects of talent and performance management processes in
partnership with HR.
* Drive local
engagement initiatives with relevant external organizations, thought leaders,
partners & vendors. Align community engagements with the global I&D
community engagement strategy.
* Ensure the I&D
agenda is reflected in the workplace & in business activities, including
marketing materials, suppliers/vendors & community-facing efforts.
* Prepare the required
reporting and brief the Business and HR Leaders.
* Facilitate
opportunities for staff training, collaborate with human resources (HR) to
enhance recruitment, hiring, promotion and retention of diverse candidates, and
provide support in recruitment events.
* Maintain knowledge on
current and emerging developments/trends for I&D, assess the impact, and
collaborate with senior management to incorporate new trends and developments
in current and future strategies.
* Serve as a leading
expert in providing I&D educational programs to the employee population in
alignment with the global Steering committee governance.
* Build relationships
with leaders, stakeholders & HR colleagues to drive diversity-related
messages throughout the organization.
* Educate, partner,
consult, and collaborate with business and HR areas to effectively build,
incorporate, and manage business I&D initiatives.
* Collaborate with the
communications team to create and incorporate communications to increase
I&D awareness for assigned businesses in alignment with the global I&D
communications governance.
* Develop &
implement best practices for diversity and inclusion action planning. Ensure
business accountability for follow-up.
* Develop tracking
strategies to monitor and evaluate the impact and return on investment of
initiatives; develop reports on program effectiveness and make recommendations
for program enhancement and improvement.
* Support I&D
initiatives as assigned by the global I&D Steering Committee and business
leadership.
* Collaborate with other
members of leadership to develop and maintain strategic partnerships with
community organizations and other entities as appropriate.
U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
YOU MUST HAVE:
7+ years of experience in progressive roles within the Human Resources function or Inclusion and Diversity function
Proven record of achievement in driving inclusion and diversity initiatives
Proven experience implementing change management methodologies and tools

* Proven ability to influence in a highly matrixed, complex environment. Strong strategic aptitude; confirmed ability to define business strategy and gain buy-in from stakeholders at all levels.
* Demonstrated ability to measure the impact of change, both quantitatively and qualitatively.
* High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
* Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
