YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics
• 3 to 5 years executing the Data Management function
• Experience managing submittal of Contract Data Requirement Lists/Subcontract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs/SDRLs)

• Strong understanding Data Management processes and tools
• Experience working compliance to customer Statement of Work/Statement of Requirements (SOW/SOR)
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work well with other team members
• Experience working in Commercial, Space or Military markets
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with peers, customer group, and management
• Able to adjust priorities and workloads to meet customer commitments
• Capable of working in a global, cross-functional environment
• Strong analytical, problem solving, conflict resolution and organizational skills
• Proven results in delivering tasks on-time, within budget, and meet customer expectations in a multi-discipline environment
