The IT Analyst is an hourly position that is responsible for the ongoing support and maintenance of the Local Area Networks within the building. Responsibilities include installation and support of server based software, developing server/product migration plans, and troubleshooting problems.

Responsibilities:
Overseeing projects, handling upgrades, and installing hardware and software.
Prioritizing user requirements, overseeing system upgrades and researching new tools.
Analyzing current IT systems and procedures, identifying risks, opportunities faults, and areas of development within the hotel’s IT framework, providing IT solutions, resolving issues effectively, executing well-thought-out solutions and plans to improve efficiencies and maintaining robust systems processes and ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory bodies.
This is an hourly position eligible for over time – in person position
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience is required
Must have practical and system experience
Refined verbal and written communication skills
