- Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in technical facilitation or a similar role
- Technical knowledge of electronic components, including PWB troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and people-oriented skills
- Strong guide and mentoring skills
- Experience assembling and qualifying test equipment.
