Position Responsibilities:

• Oversee the engineering and operations of network security infrastructure: firewalls, proxies, CASB, cloud network, and cloud security
• Responsible for receiving policies from the Enterprise Security team and translating policies into technical rulesets which can then be installed into Reyes’ security systems
• Responsible for the technical day-to-day engineering of the network security solutions, including work prioritization, incident management, problem management, and change management
• Responsible for maintaining policies, procedures, and training plans for network security technologies
• Work closely with RH Security team to ensure overall security requirements of network connectivity are achieved
• Implement and maintain network security best practices by assessing current threats, vulnerabilities, risks and associated technical countermeasures
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree and 3 plus years of experience providing operational support for any networking security technologies and infrastructures or IT Security Operations or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma and 6 plus years of the above stated experience
• 3+ years’ experience with network and security planning and operations, design, and implementing mission critical network security infrastructure, including Zscaler Client Connectors and Global Protect VPN

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Working experience with Zscaler, Palo Alto or any other firewall or security platform
• Working knowledge of WAN technologies including but not limited to MPLS, DMVPN, IPSEC or GRE and SDWAN
• Hands-on experience with setting up networks and network security within Microsoft Azure, AWS or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
