The Paid Search/SEM Specialist is a critical role as a part of an integrated SharkNinja media team and essential in driving the profitable growth of the business. You will collaborate to maintain the strategy, development, and execution of search engine marketing campaigns across the Shark and Ninja portfolios.
You’ll coordinate with other channel owners on the Digital Media team as well as other departments such as Digital Experience, Brand, Product Marketing, Research and Analytics, Finance and more to keep activations collaborative, organized, on schedule and impactful to the growth of the Shark and Ninja brands.
This is an excellent position for a PPC professional looking to grow their skills in paid search marketing in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment and a blue-sky mentality.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day management of paid search campaigns to meet overall ROAS targets and revenue goals.
- Support Paid Search Manager and Agency partners in execution of testing roadmaps.
- Identify and recommend opportunities that challenge the norm to drive more efficient customer acquisition within SEM.
- Co-create best in class campaigns with SharkNinja’s agency partners, Google and Bing that will maximize Shark and Ninja ROI as well as deliver education and innovation to the business.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate paid search in with omni-channel strategy and plans.
- Provide and execute support on new product launches.
- Manage timelines, budgets, billing, and deliverables with key partners and agencies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Positive, professional, enthusiastic, and team-oriented attitude
- One-year paid search experience, either at a brand or an agency required
- Experience with product feeds or using feed managers are a bonus
- Proactive, resourceful, and driven problem solver. Able to analyze data to find unique and insightful ways to help improve campaign efficiencies and grow the business
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task. Must be organized, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluency with Microsoft Office Suite/Excel a must. Experience with BI tools encouraged
- Any Google Ad Search Certifications are a bonus
