Aquent’s leading non-profit client is looking to add a Part-Time Implentation Project Manager. This talent will work between 30-32 hours a week on EST or CST and the assignment will last 10 months with the potential of extension. This talent will support the implementation of a new Learning Management System (LMS). The ideal candidate will assist in planning, coordinating, and supporting project activities to ensure successful deployment. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to provide effective support throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Support Team Activities: Help assemble and support the project team and work streams, ensuring tasks and responsibilities are clearly communicated and tracked.
- Budget Assistance: Support the development and management of the project budget, tracking expenditures and ensuring they remain within approved limits.
- Schedule Management: Assist in creating and maintaining the project schedule, coordination of meetings, ensuring timely completion of all project phases.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a secondary point of contact for project-related communications, providing updates and addressing inquiries.
- Risk Identification: Help identify potential project risks and support the development of mitigation strategies.
- Quality Assurance Support: Assist in ensuring that the LMS implementation project meets all documented deliverables, standards and requirements.
- Training and Support: Support the development and delivery of training materials and resources for end-users.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
- PMP or similar certification is preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of project management or project support experience, with at least 1 year in LMS implementation or a similar field.
Skills:
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of LMS platforms and e-learning technologies is a plus.
Attributes:

- Excellent teamwork and support abilities.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $50 to $55. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
