Job Summary:
Works on engagements in a team-based environment, partnering with clients and leading the development of new products, programs, and platforms while managing resource allocation and project expense, This role will lead and support all tasks within the workstream including initial research and discovery, development of actionable recommendations with tested ROI, and implementing solutions. This position is responsible for providing work direction and guidance to less senior members of the Health Systems Analyst team and stewarding relationships with both internal and external partners.

Job Responsibility :

Develop and manage projects from intake to production
Analyze and recommend changes to improve efficiency, lower costs, and enhance quality of business applications
Establish design patterns and provide subject matter expertise on system requirement process design used with domain
Serve as thought leader and key decision-maker able to facilitate teams to conclusions
Engage in overall project solutions discussions with project teams and management to provide domain expertise and a understand of impacts
Provide feedback for staff performance reviews
Other responsibilities as judgment or necessity dictates

External Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience
10 years' extensive project experience in a variety of infrastructure areas
Clinical Informatics Experience including EMR and EHR applications
Experience in B2B API integration
Demonstrated business acumen and have superior analytic and communications skill
Proven experience leading others and providing work direction
Strong project management and facilitation skills, including experience with managing cross-function teams
Established presenter of technical and non-technical material adapted to the respective audience
Ability to develop decision criteria and develop unbiased technology comparisons
Ability to manage work direction and lead, influence, mentor, and provide feedback to others within team
Management Requirements: F2 - At least 1 year of direct leadership, indirect leadership and/or cross-functional team leadership.
Willing to travel up to/at least 5% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

Preferred Qualifications

Certification in Electronic Health Record Technology
Experience working in environment with regulatory compliance requirements (HIPAA, PCI, etc.)
Previous experience in PBM/healthcare industry
Broad experience in the infrastructure domain working with IT Architecture
