As a Principal IT Architect specializing in Siemens Rulestream, you will lead the design,
implementation, and optimization of complex engineering automation solutions.
Leveraging your deep expertise in Siemens Rulestream and a decade of experience,
you will play a key role in driving business transformation by integrating
Rulestream into product lifecycle management (PLM), enterprise resource
planning (ERP), and manufacturing execution systems (MES).
Key Responsibilities
* Design scalable and high-performing
Siemens Rulestream solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
* Define architecture roadmaps for
integrating Rulestream with enterprise systems like Teamcenter, SAP, and other
PLM/ERP tools.
* Lead end-to-end implementation of
Siemens Rulestream, including requirements gathering, customization, and
deployment.
* Ensure solution alignment with
engineering and manufacturing workflows, data management practices, and
compliance requirements.
* Work closely with cross-functional
teams, including product development, engineering, and IT, to gather
requirements and provide innovative solutions.
* Act as a trusted advisor to senior
leadership, ensuring the architecture supports business objectives and
strategic initiatives.
* Automate engineering design and
configuration processes by leveraging Rulestream's rules-based technology.
* Continuously improve existing
solutions, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
* Establish best practices, standards,
and governance policies for Siemens Rulestream implementation and usage.
* Guide and mentor junior team members,
fostering knowledge sharing and skill development.
* Provide training and technical support
to ensure adoption of Rulestream solutions.

MUST HAVES
* 10+ years of hands-on experience with Siemens Rulestream, including configuration, customization, and integration.
* Strong understanding of Rulestream architecture and its integration with PLM/ERP systems.
* Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, or Java for Rulestream customization.
* Proficiency in engineering design using CAD (NX/AutoCAD) applications.
* Strong understanding of CAD automation principles and practices, with experience in developing automation routines
* Knowledge of database management systems (SQL/Oracle).
* Industry Knowledge: Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or related industries, with knowledge of product configuration, design automation, and PLM workflows.
