This is an exciting opportunity to protect our customers and patients from suspect non-conformances and ensure our regulatory compliance standards are maintained.
Your role:
Managing medical product quality related Product Holds from initiation to completion on behalf of the originating Business Units or Factory ensuring deadlines and metrics are achieved.
Programing compliant containment and product dispositioning in line with global product hold processes.
Supporting Business Partners to deliver improvement with the product hold process to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
Resolving roadblocks affecting the success of the product hold process, working with all parties to mitigate the impact on customers and patients in a compliant manner.
Working with Warehouse and Regional stakeholders to ensure all parties are clear on process steps and have a clear understanding of their requirements.
You're the right fit if:
You have at least a bachelor’s degree in a science or technology related field and 5+ years of experience in quality, supply chain, quality and/or order management processes, working with SAP to control product.
You have 3+ years of experience with process improvement and efficiency to achieve world class standards.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
You have 3+ years of experience with MS office applications with expert level for MS EXCEL and SAP.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Tennessee is $77,000 to $132,000 annually.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
