Full Job Description
Description:Lockheed Martin is seeking a full-time Regulatory Compliance Product Owner/Architect in Fort Worth, Texas.
What You Will Be Doing
A successful candidate will learn the technical and organizational expertise to work with Product Lifecycle Management developers, Systems Engineers, and Legal and Compliance experts to ensure the correct tools and processes are in place to ensure that Intellectual Property, Data Security, and Export requirements are met. The Regulatory Compliance PO/Architect has two primary focus areas: the protection of F-35 intellectual property in the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) portfolio and the portfolio's compliance with DoD, State Department, and Commerce Department regulations. Communication with LM's PLM developers, Systems Engineers, International Trade Compliance Office personnel and Intellectual Property legal specialists will be required to ensure that the PLM portfolio meets guidelines. As an example, the candidate will coordinate with ITC and F-35 Program users to address inadvertent disclosures of data, consisting of investigation of possible data exposure and then the coordination of protection of data to prevent further exposure. The candidate will ensure that the data marking and filtering capability in the PLM portfolio's applications meet LM's legal guidelines and the mechanics of applying the data markings is properly integrated in the F-35 PLM data flow. The candidate will ensure that the PLM rules enforce the F-35 program's data access/filtering guidelines through the construction of test plans. The candidate will be responsible for communication with LM's Data Steward organization to ensure that the PLM portfolio is adopting and integrating LM's data validation strategy. The candidate will research the PLM portfolio's applications roadmaps and engage the PLM portfolio development teams to ensure they align with LM's IP/ITC and Data Steward objectives. As an example, software vendor Siemens is developing an alternative to its Rules Tree, and the Regulatory Compliance PO/Architect must construct a plan to evaluate, iterate and ensure implementation of the follow-on solution with the vendor and the LM IT development team. The candidate will coordinate with the IP/ITC Compliance PLM Systems Integrator to ensure that LM's IP/ITC and Data Steward objectives are achieved in the PLM portfolio's applications.
