What You Will Get To Do:
- Responsible for a team of Senior RM and Senior RM Sales teams.
- Managing and improving the relationship between the SS&C WIT business and its customers--Addressing customer issues, Developing customer communication initiatives, and Analyzing customer feedback.
- Devising customer service strategies to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
- Identifying opportunities for business growth. Resolving customer complaints.
- Working closely with operations and marketing teams to boost profitability and customer satisfaction.
What You Will Bring:
- Minimum 5 years of financial services technology sales
- Ability to manage a senior team of Relationship Managers
- Collaborate with Operations, Renewals, and Product teams on a regular basis
- Extensive knowledge of the wealth and investment technology landscape
- Prior SS&C services/solutions experience is a plus
