As a Sr. Advanced Hardware Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in the development and delivery of high-quality hardware solutions. You will report directly to our Sr. Engineering Program Manager and you'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule.

YOU MUST HAVE

* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Electrical Engineering or a related field
* 6+ years of experience in hardware design and development
* Strong knowledge of hardware design ethics and methodologies
* Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout tools
* Experience with hardware testing and validation
* Excellent guide and communication skills
