$51.877 - $66.938 - $81.999The stated pay scale reflects the range that Sharp reasonably expects to pay for this position. What You Will Do
The Sr. Systems Analyst role within IT is responsible for systems analysis, consulting with users and stakeholders to determine software and system functional specifications. This role focuses on application support, enhancement, design, build, and implementing more complex changes and resolving more complex issues. Possess expertise in application functional use and design, development, documentation, analysis, modification and testing. Brings competency to application and administration duties required to support Sharp's environment in a highly available manner. Promotes the effective and efficient use of computing resources and facilitates client workflows. Will manage IT project initiatives, provide planning activities, and act as a mentor to peers. Exercises discretion with independent thought and judgment. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- 5 Years relevant experience.
- Leadership experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 Years healthcare or related subject matter experience.
- 3 Years system analyst role.
- Project Management experience.
- Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification - Various-No accreditation board -PREFERRED

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Must have strong leadership skills and experience.
- Knowledge of clinical and business operations in a healthcare environment.
- Knowledge of hospital and clinic culture, regulatory requirements (e.g., JCAHO), and health care requirements as it relates to information security and privacy (e.g., HIPAA).
- Proficiency in the applications supported by the department, Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, and Project Web App.
- Must be able to calmly and professionally respond to frequent deadlines for reports and related tasks, and to prepare work and presentations on short notice.
- Use telephone frequently; must be able to hear and speak clearly by telephone.
