As a Systems Engineer Configuration Analyst for the Mk21A Program you will be responsible for:

* Ensuring that customer requirements are implemented

* Preparing metrics and various status reports

* Reviewing change accounting activity to ensure compliance with configuration management policies

* Establishing change orders and preparing change authorization and documentation by company and subcontractor personnel

* Understanding of Security Classification Guidelines and ability to apply them to data products, and review markings for compliance

* Reviewing and analyzing released engineering change data and coordinating changes with Engineering, Quality, Support, Manufacturing, and engineering data control

* Systems Configuration & Coordination (SCC)
Basic Qualifications:
* Analytical skills to follow and understand
relationships of hardware and software systems

* Configuration Management skills on
sophisticated systems including one or more of
the following: Engineering Release, Product
Identification, Change Control, Status
Accounting, As-Designed/As-Built,
Verification/Audit

* PTC Windchill software or other Enterprise
Product Data Management (PDM) systems;
proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

* Good business acumen, to understand the
broad picture of government contracting and the
defense industry standards
Desired Skills:
* PTC Windchill software or other Enterprise Product Data Management (PDM) systems

* SharePoint or other workgroup collaboration tools

* Experience on a technical program or technical coursework

* Drafting and/or CAD exposure and/or training to facilitate drawing and model review

* Demonstrated basic understanding of systems thinking skills and behaviors

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong social skills, and ability to build solid relationships with team members

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
