Job Responsibilities
- This entry level role is actively learning how to perform and implement the daily operational activities of the Technology engineering work function. This work may include responsibilities to deploy, operate, scale, tune and troubleshoot server systems, website, app infrastructure and/or other systems.
- Monitors, evaluates and troubleshoots subcomponents of systems for reliability, performance, security and compliance.
- Learns to identify and determine likely reasons for problematic causes. Supports the resolution of routine service problems and escalates non-standard issues as they occur
- Learns to prepare accurate documentation and communication to facilitate elimination of problems and to create efficient fixes.
- Implements activities that support limited parts of the work of own unit / team / projects.
- Interacts with team members and peers and may interact with external peers to provide semi-routine information related to assigned tasks.

The actual salary an employee can expect to receive, plus bonus pursuant to the terms of any bonus plan if applicable, will depend on experience, seniority, geographic location, and other factors permitted by law. - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Mathematics OR High school Diploma / GED and at least 3 years of experience in a technical role.
- Willing to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state)
Experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
Experience establishing & maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community & with vendors.
Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
Knowledge of programming languages, such as ______________.

Experience in Technical Operations.
