In this role, you will contribute to the design, implementation, execution, and monitoring of IT Controls, ensuring system integrity, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll take ownership of tasks to ensure controls are operating effectively while driving risk mitigation related system changes in a complex Supply Chain IT environment. Job Description
Core Responsibilities
ITGC Support: Execute and maintain IT General Control solutions. Own and perform necessary tasks, such as system access reviews, developer access reviews, system change reviews, and other related tasks with accuracy and completeness.
Design and Implement: Create design documents for technical controls solutions. Drive solutions from start to finish with accuracy.
Functional Analysis: Gather requirements, document processes, create test cases, and work with developers for system changes to ensure controls are met and risk is mitigated.
Process Optimization: Analyze ITGC-related processes, identifying opportunities for automation while maintaining compliance and control effectiveness.
Testing and Validation: Participate in testing activities to validate the effectiveness of ITGCs.
Data Reporting: Compile data for reports and build dashboards to support compliance tracking and maintaining evidence populations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain/Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
2-5 years of experience in business systems analysis or a related field, preferably with exposure to ITGC concepts.
Foundational knowledge of IT General Controls.
Proficient in SQL and Excel.
Solid understanding of application architecture. Such as app integration with databases, networks, and operating systems.
Experience with PowerShell and Linux command line.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to document and communicate effectively.
Proven ability to consistently produce high-quality results without significant supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with supply chain, WMS, or Logistics technical systems and applications.
Strong understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and Segregation of Development duties (SoD) principles.
Experience working with automation tools or working with automation developers

The anticipated salary range for this position:
$96,200.00 - $144,560.00 AnnualThe actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
