JOB TITLE: Senior Software Engineer

LOCATION: Irving, TX, and hybrid role, may work from home

DUTIES: Develop software using Agile methodologies, from design through development, testing, implementation, production, and support. Work with enterprise architecture, microservices and event driven architecture. Build systems to handle large volume of transactions at scale. Mentor junior level engineers. Make informed decisions and take ownership of services and applications at scale. Communicate complex technical information to all stakeholders of the project, including those who do not have a technical background and possess exceptional troubleshooting skills to assess quickly complex programming applications. Keep abreast with leading edge of software development tools and best practices. Provide software development in the Payment Card Industry or Payment processing domain. Responsible for NodeJS API developments. Use development skills and technologies including Java, OOD, NoSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB, REST-based web applications development, Spring Framework, including Spring Cloud, Spring Boot, Spring Web, API's, JSON, JUNIT, DevOps CI&CD, AWS Cloud platform and its features which includes containerization, EC2, SNS, SQS, API Gateway, Lambdas, Auto Scaling, S3, C++, Oracle, Postgres, Kinesis, Kafka, and ActiveMQ.

REQUIREMENTS: Master's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, and 1 year of experience in the job offered or as a Software Engineer, Java Developer, or in a related/similar position. Experience therein to include 1 year of development experience using Java, C++, Spring Cloud, Spring Boot, Spring Web, SQL, Oracle, Postgres, unstructured databases including MongoDB, AWS, Kafka, and ActiveMQ. Hybrid role, ability to work from home.

RATE OF PAY: $151,483 to $201,653 per year.
