User Experience Visual Design Intern (UX Visual Designer)
Position Overview:
The Digital Workplace (DWP) team is responsible for designing and implementing a connected digital experience for employees which is easy to navigate and enables collaboration, knowledge sharing, and solving problems. The team is also responsible for driving adoption of the digital platforms, ensuring that teams and individuals are deriving business value from the toolkit. The Digital Workplace UX Designer is responsible for collaborating with Digital Workplace teams to ensure we're offering solutions that improves the employee experience.
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance on UX research techniques and testing activities to assess user behavior
Leverage data and analytics to measure the impact of design solutions and continuously iterate and improve upon them.
Conduct user research and gather insights to inform the design process, ensuring that solutions are tailored to the needs and preferences of the target audience.
Develop and maintain a design system that ensures consistency and coherence across all visual and service design deliverables.
Facilitate design workshops and presentations to share insights, validate concepts, and gather feedback from stakeholders and users.
Utilize a human-centered design approach to create engaging and accessible visual designs that align with the organization's brand and strategic objectives.
Requirements:
- Working to complete a program in Service Design, Design Management, Visual Design, Graphic Design, or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects and accomplishments.
- Currently pursuing a degree in a related major with a final graduation date no earlier than December 2025
Related Work Experience:
• Creative experience in a client-side or agency role with experience in traditional and non-traditional content development
- Experience in UX, Systems Design or Development
